Community Space at the Discover Green Bay Visitor Center

At Discover Green Bay, we’re proud to be part of this community and that includes opening our doors to local nonprofit organizations and supporters of the tourism industry and industry partners when space allows.

Our Visitor Center offers a limited number of meeting spaces suitable for small gatherings, planning sessions, community conversations, board meetings or trainings.

A Note About Rentals

Discover Green Bay does not rent space for paid events, private functions, or commercial use. If your organization is looking for rental space for a ticketed event, fundraiser, conference, or larger gathering, we’re happy to connect you with one of our outstanding hotel or venue partners who specialize in hosting events of all sizes.

Who Can Request Space?

Our complimentary space is intended for:

  • Nonprofit organizations

  • Small/Medium educational or planning sessions
  • Discover Green Bay Partners
  • Visitor Center Donors

Space is offered at no charge, based on availability and alignment with our mission.

Food & Beverage

There are no restrictions on food and beverage, but we encourage you to support one of our local partner restaurants whenever possible. Click here to view our partner restaurant list.

Availability

Available during Discover Green Bay business hours:
    •    Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    •    Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

    It’s an inviting, open space that works perfectly for your organization's gatherings in a fun, exciting atmosphere. This space is the largest of our available spaces, and the most versatile. We'll work with your group to set it up for your needs, whether that's a presentation or just networking.

  • Our Education Room is perfect for hosting a corporate training, professional development session, or medium-sized gathering. It offers flexible space with room to spread out, learn, collaborate, and connect. This versatile room is designed to adapt to your needs and connects directly to the Oneida Nation Atrium, making it ideal for overflow space, breakout conversations, or expanded event use. It’s functional, flexible, and ready to support everything from workshops to strategy sessions.

    Ideal for executive sessions, strategic planning, leadership meetings, or extended discussions, the Board Room offers both functionality and a setting that feels elevated and impactful.
